Shop at your pace.
Your membership sets the earn rate on eligible product purchases—from 5 to 25 points per $1.
02
Watch your balance.
Your rewards live on your Purgo account, ready to review alongside your membership.
03
Make the next order count.
Apply points in 100-point ($1) increments toward the product subtotal at cart or checkout.
Do I need a paid membership to earn points?
No. Every account starts with the free Member tier and earns 5 points per $1 on eligible products. Paid plans increase the earning rate and add the benefits shown above.
Are rewards points the same as cash?
Points are Purgo store credit toward product purchases, not cash payouts. Redeem them in 100-point increments, with 100 points equal to $1 off the product subtotal at cart or checkout.
What changes when I choose annual billing?
Your selected annual price is charged once per year instead of monthly. Annual plans cost the equivalent of ten monthly payments, saving about 17% compared with twelve monthly payments. The plan cards show the full annual charge.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your membership, and your perks remain available through the end of the current billing period. Manage your membership from your account.
How do shipping benefits work?
Amplify includes free standard shipping. VIP and Principal also include free 2-day shipping on qualifying orders. Available shipping options and eligibility are shown at checkout.
Can a membership apply to an order I just placed?
If you join Amplify, VIP, or Principal through your paid order's membership offer within one hour, the extra points can be added at your new membership rate. Shipping already paid cannot be refunded. Use the offer from that order to retain the connection.
